PICKUP POLICY
All bakery and beverage items are available for pickup. We request that all pickup orders be placed by 5:00pm the day PRIOR to the desired pickup date. Availability of bakery items for same-day pickup may not be guaranteed. Please contact us for assistance.
For large orders, additional advance notice is appreciated. Customers who place pickup orders in advance may proceed directly to the front counter and ask for assistance from one of our staff.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most products are available for shipping to the lower 48 states. Refrigerated items are NOT available for shipping.
To ensure freshness, we will determine the shipping transit times given the delivery address, and ship so that the order will not sit in transit over the weekend. This will result in order placed on Wednesday or later in the week most likely ship the following week. We encourage you to contact us and one of our team members would be delighted to assist you with your order details.
RETURN POLICY
We bake our products fresh everyday and ship the same day as well as take detailed measures to ensure optimal freshness upon arrival. Because our products are perishable, we would not be able to accept returns. If there are problems with shipping or damage. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
